    It worked! Thanks! I did run into a problem I did not get a bunch of letters in the last line of the command prompt. I did find out what was wrong though.

    Do NOT delete the text when editing the “adb_usb” file to put the code: 0×1949. It should say this:

    # ANDROID 3RD PARTY USB VENDOR ID LIST — DO NOT EDIT.
    # USE ‘android update adb’ TO GENERATE.
    # 1 USB VENDOR ID PER LINE.
    0×1949

    I found the answer to on click freezing up, DO NOT copy and paste the 0×1949 code into the file, manually type it in. I don’t know why this works but it does.

    @dosh118 Yes it does. That’s why rooting a Amazon Kindle fire is so important for non-Americans like me and u.

    i got up to the part where i put the following in the cmd:
    * daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *
    * daemon started successfully *
    List of devices attached
    5246002600000001 device

    BUT under list of devices attached, shows nothing. And when i go to superoneclick it freezes up and shows “not responding”
