Hi this works for all iPhones, iPod touch, & iPads that are locked or unusable. If you don’t know the password or just forgot it. Follow these steps and you will be using the device in just minutes. Whats need: Iphone/ ipod touch/ipad & computer w/ itunes Steps: 1) hold down power and home buttons till slide screen comes 2) keep holding it 3) once the apple logo shows remove your finger off the power button 4) keep holding the home button till it says connect to itunes. 5) connect to itunes and restore it If this doesn’t work then retry steps 1-3 while its connected to your computer with usb cord.
