how to put music videos on an ipod classic?

i have tried to put music videos on but it still wont let me and they are the right format. im startin to think that i might just get rid of it. if anyone has any ideas i would be very grateful thank you

Have you checked that it’s automatically syncing videos as well as music? If you plug your iPod in, it should tell you somewhere on that menu what exactly it’s going to sync (should say something like “all music and videos” or just “all music” or whatever.
Try clicking on the music video and:
Advanced>Create iPod or iPhone Version.
